1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns on most items, subject to the following conditions:
- Timeframe: Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your order. After 30 days, we are unable to offer a return or refund.
- Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, including all original packaging, tags, and certificates of authenticity (if applicable). Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged will not be accepted.
- Exclusions: Certain products are not eligible for return or exchange, including:
- Customized or personalized jewelry
- Final sale items or items marked as “non-returnable”
- Gift cards or vouchers
2. How to Return an Item
To return an item, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team at info@tuttiglownie.com to initiate the return process. Be sure to include your order number and the reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: After reviewing your return request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns will not be accepted without an RA number.
- Pack the Item: Carefully package the item in its original packaging. Make sure to include all original documents (e.g., tags, certificates of authenticity, receipts).
- Ship the Return: Return the item to the address provided by our customer service team. Please use a trackable shipping service (e.g., UPS, FedEx) to ensure the safe return of the item.
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped. We recommend insuring the package to protect against loss or damage during return shipping.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the conditions of our return policy. If the return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
- Refund Timeframe: After approval, it may take up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment method and bank processing times.
- Partial Refunds: If the returned item is not in its original condition (e.g., damaged or worn), a partial refund may be issued, or the return may be rejected.
4. Exchanges
- Exchanges: We do not directly offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired product. The return process for exchanges is the same as for refunds.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will offer a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost. Please include photos of the damage or defect to expedite the process.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including:
- Customized or Personalized Jewelry: Items that have been engraved, altered, or personalized cannot be returned or refunded unless defective.
- Gift Cards and Vouchers: These are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Sale or Clearance Items: Some discounted or clearance items may not be eligible for returns. These will be marked as “Final Sale” during checkout.
7. Order Cancellations
Once an order is placed and payment is processed, it is generally not possible to cancel or modify the order. 8. International Returns
For international orders, customers are responsible for return shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes. The return process is the same as for domestic orders. Please note that international returns may take longer to process.
