Refund and Returns Policy

At Tutti Glownie, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a clear and straightforward refund and return policy to ensure a hassle-free experience.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We gladly accept returns on most items within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
- The item must not be on the list of non-returnable items (such as custom or personalized jewelry).
- You must provide proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation email or receipt.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, certain items are not eligible for return or exchange, including:
- Custom or personalized jewelry
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Items marked as “final sale” at the time of purchase

3. How to Return an Item
To return an item, follow these simple steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at info@tuttiglownie.com or call us at 603-436-7836 within 30 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: Once we approve your return, we will send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to send the item back.
- Ship the Item: Please ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error in fulfilling your order.
- Refund Process: Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or item, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired item.
5. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at info@tuttiglownie.com or 603-436-7836. We will provide you with a prepaid return label and arrange for a full refund or replacement at no extra cost to you.
6. Refunds
Once your return is processed and approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note:
- Refunds may take 5-7 business days to process.
- The original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item was defective or damaged upon arrival.
- If you received a free gift with your purchase and return the qualifying item, you may be required to return the gift or have its value deducted from your refund.
7. Late Returns
Returns received after 30 days from the date of purchase will not be accepted. If you miss the 30-day return window, we unfortunately will not be able to issue a refund or accept the return.
